We take orders 24/7, if you place your order before 3:00 PM you'll get your prints the same day. Orders placed on Saturdays after 12:00 PM will be ready on Monday.
Sundays we are closed, no printing, but pickup is always available. .
Pickup Times
Everyday at anytime
Just pull into the driveway, walk to the lockers in front of you, search for your name on both lockers and open the locker to grab your transfers. No need to call or text in advance.
We're closed all major holidays and we do take lots of vacations, yes, we're crazy about having fun in a cruise. You'll see a notice days in advance of our vacations so you can order your prints before our departure.
Refunds
We promise the best quality in our transfers, if for any reason you're not satisfied with the quality we'll reprint your transfers or refund the amount. It'll be refunded to the original form of payment. You must return the transfers before getting a refund, sorry for any inconvenience, but due to some unscrupulous people we need to protect ourselves.
All refunds need to be requested immediately after receiving the transfers, We’ll not refund or reprint transfers after it has been in your possession more than 48 hours due to the nature of the material that it can be ruined if it is not stored properly
