We offer same-day pick up and same-day shipping on orders placed before 3 pm Monday-Friday and before 12 pm on Saturdays.
Business hours are:
Monday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Sunday: CLOSED
We take orders 24/7, if you placed your order before 3:00 pm, you'll get your prints the same day. Orders placed on Saturdays after 12:00 pm, will be ready on Monday. If there is an unplanned event that prevents us from completing your order, (like a power outage for example), you will be notified.
Sundays we are closed, no printing, but pickup is always available.
Pickup Times
Everyday at anytime: After receiving your ready for pick up email, you can pick up your transfers 24/7; please walk to the lockers, search for your name on all lockers (lockers are RED and located inside the carport on the left hand side), open the locker and grab your transfers. No need to call or text in advance. In the rare case you can't find your name, please text us before leaving, transfers may still be in the back and we will go to the front and bring them to you.
We're closed all major holidays and we do take lots of vacation, yes, we're crazy about having fun in a cruise. You'll see a notice days in advance of our vacation so you can order your prints before our departure.
Important notes:
-We do not offer rush service or editing services- Your order will be printed as sent by you, we are happy to help/offer guidance but unfortunately we do not have a dedicated graphic designer/editor nor we will be reviewing orders as we are unaware of the end result you are looking for.
-We do not storage your images/files- Please storage your files on your computer or cloud.
-Completion time- We print orders in the order they are received and we are normally very fast completing your orders, however, sometimes reprinting is necessary due to printer/oven issues, therefore we need time to inspect the final print and sometimes this adds time for completion, we are actively working on your order and you will receive a notification when the order is ready.
Refunds
We promise the best quality in our transfers; if you are not satisfied, we will reprint any order where there is a print quality issue, however, we will not reprint because of a poor quality file submitted by you. If a refund is processed, it will be refunded to the original form of payment, additionally, you must return the transfers before getting a refund, sorry for any inconvenience, but due to some unscrupulous people, we need to protect ourselves. All refunds need to be requested immediately after receiving the transfers, we will not refund or reprint transfers after it has been in your possession more than 48 hours due to the nature of the material that could be ruined if it is not stored properly.
