Refunds
We promise the best quality in our transfers; if you are not satisfied, we will reprint any order where there is a print quality issue, however, we will not reprint because of a poor quality file submitted by you or any design flaws or color, you can create a color chart and we can print it for you for free.
You're responsible of verifying your transfers before pressing, We're not responsible for any damaged garment.
All refunds need to be requested immediately after receiving the transfers, we will not refund or reprint transfers after it has been in your possession more than 48 hours due to the nature of the material that could be ruined if it is not stored properly.
If a refund is processed, it will be refunded to the original form of payment, additionally, you must return the transfers before getting a refund, sorry for any inconvenience, but due to some unscrupulous people, we need to protect ourselves.
